The Becoming a Future Grand Master (BGM) Youth Development Program is a quality-focused growth initiative specially designed for adolescents aged 12 to 18. Integrating Eastern wisdom, humanistic philosophy, modern leadership training, and physical and mental wellness, the program offers a systematic training path to help youths cultivate self-discipline, self-awareness, and self-confidence.

Program Mission and Development

BGM has already accompanied the growth of nearly a thousand teenagers, centering on the core philosophy of "Wisdom Inheritance × Engaging Practice." It combines philosophical inquiry, creative expression, talent cultivation, and social practice, helping youths discover themselves through exploration and take on responsibilities through action.

An International Stage for Growth

BGM has established a “Cross-National Learning Hub” model, promoting spaces for spiritual development in diverse cultural contexts:

· Yonsei University, South Korea: The “Philosophy and the Art of Communication” course helps students break through self-imposed boundaries.

· Borobudur, Indonesia: Through the theme “Zen and Technology,” youths are inspired to contemplate the future from a philosophical perspective.

· Malaysia: A structured learning of “26 Types of Troubled Emotions” and the Dream Home Project building houses for indigenous communities.

· Thailand: Mindfulness practices enhance emotional awareness and inner balance.
