This program is open to all age groups. It integrates modern nutritional science, sugar control and carbohydrate reduction, emotional regulation, and mind-body training. Through scientific and sustainable approaches, it helps individuals cultivate healthy eating habits, and enhance their overall quality of life—empowering each person to become the true helmsman of their own health journey.

“Becoming a Future Master” Youth Curriculum (BGM) is a competency-based development program tailored for adolescents aged 12 to 18. Integrating Eastern wisdom, philosophical thinking, modern leadership training, the program provides structured guidance to help young learners build a path toward self-discipline, self-awareness, and self-confidence.
